As one of the SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities), CETA plays a critical role in funding and facilitating skills development programmes, apprenticeships, and learnerships aimed at preparing individuals for long-term careers in construction.
Their work directly addresses the country’s unemployment and skills gap by equipping young people, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, with technical training and accredited qualifications.
